Why mind trick doesn’t trigger extra attack under Ackbar lead?

In swgoh, why mind trick (from Ben or Rey) doesn’t trigger extra attack??

Because it is not technically an attack (which would create a counter).  It does no damage - it simply creates the debuffs.  Similar to Poe's taunt where he drops Expose on everyone.

That's the point : it should with Ackbar lead : "whenever an ally uses an ability that isn't an attack, they call a Rebel ally to Assist."

So Mind trick should provide an extra attack from a rebel ally. I didn't notice that, I havn't used his lead for a while.

It seems it's WAI. Mind trick is considered an offensive action, so it does not proc the extra attack.

that's right, if it places debuffs on people, it is an attack
