I don’t want to put in my personal information just to buy two game packs! In all honesty, that stuff shouldn’t be required because it’s private and not needed for that.

As far as I know, A Way Out doesn't have game packs.....BUT from a sales/business standpoint, that info is usually used to verify that you actually have the right to purchase the item using the payment system set up. Almost all credit cards, and payment verification systems will check your name, and zip to the payment systems logged name and zip and if they don't match, then often it will deny the transaction. So honestly, they are probably asking so they can charge your account and get paid for the packs.
