Why do we never see the street leagues faces?

One of the things that bugs me, is that we see/hear Tyler and Mac interact with the leaders of the 10 street leagues throughout the game, yet somehow, we never see what they look like. So, these are my view(s) on what the leaders might look like. You are free to reply what YOU think the leaders might look like.

The bosses of the streetracer are where they are supposed to be, they can be found on the streets.

Just search them on the streeet an make a screenshot from the inside of the car. You will see, how they look like.
