Why can't I do EPL TOTS SBC?

I don't have access to my console right now and I was trying to do the garunteed EPL TOTS SBC and it tells me I need to log into my console because of previously disconnected gameplay. This is the only sbc that gives me this popup I can do any other sbc.

@Lessgoson If you disconnected from a game and are trying to use the companion app you shouldn't be able to do any SBC's are your FUT content is "in use" until you reconnect to FUT and accept the DNF message to end the match.

I didn't disconnect, but I have no way of accessing my fut on console. Is there another way to fix this?

@Lessgoson I'm showing that you did disconnect from your last game, which was a Rivals match on the 17th. 

You'll need to connect to FUT on the console to re-enable app functionality.

I can't get to my console. That's why I asked if there was another way.
