Why are Colby Covington and Mike Perry Not In UFC 3?

Hi, Technically "UFC 3" came out "2nd February 18"

"Mike Perry" didn't return till "24th" that's quite a gap, hopefully later on, for future he will be added as "DLC"

As fo "Covington" he made it "Controversial" by saying something about Brazilians on his wiki on "Wikipedia"

so that might play a factor.
