Why Wumples Wishlist Prizes are disappeared? [ Edited ]

I completed 4th and 5th Wumples wishlist quests on time.  I saw prizes , and checked colors etc. But now I cannot see them in my inventory or there is not any extra furniture to buy. ( Like never existed) They are disappeared.

what is the problem? Thanks

The sofas and the coffee table should be in the living room section and the chairs in the dining room section.

Here you can see how many we can own of each item.

@SalixCat I am on level 50 , I know where I can find them. I am saying that I cannot see them. Like I have never won... They are disappeared. There is a bug probably

If you can't find the Wumples items in the dining or living room sections, I would suggest you check out the recent items of the inventory. 

If you don't find them there either, the best you can do is contact EA in order to get assistance.

To contact EA Help from the game, open the side menu, choose the gear icon, then the Help & About tab and tap on the button Help.
This will open your browser. Scroll down and tap on the button Contact Us.

Now, tap on Missing content and select the type of issue. 

Type your Player ID. 

Tap on the button Select contact option.

Scroll down and select Email. This is the best option for your case. Fill in the form and attach screenshots of your game. 

An EA Advisor will email you within 24 hours.
