When will the Avatar (and the other new units) be playable?

Weve seen the pics. Thank god you guys actually added the avatat as a nod super unit to match the mammoth tank, but when will we see it in the game??

Also, the new GDI units like that heavily armoured squad and the aircraft that looks like Gdi's equivalent of the Inferno. Cant wait to see them in action!
