When do you receive the 5 packs fifa 19

I bought FIFA 19 pre order. I didnt receive a jumbo gold pack and c.ronaldo loan fut card yet. When do I get this? I live in Holland, dont know if that has any influece on the receiving time.

When you got your game did you enter the code that came with it or was it a digital copy you got?
