What happpen to derelict cars

Lost my derelict cars from garage and the others are not on the map anymore states no more derelicts. Did the abandoned cars take it's place. Can't open the locked cars. I have 1 race led in stakes.

You can still go look for them in the game.

Are you asking if you lose the car that you took the the abandoned car site?

I am looking for the same thing. I was driving my derelict mustang and found an abandoned car and now I can not find it.

I am betting its gone for good but wanted to make sure.
