To have AMD dog tag you do bought a Battlefield 1 badged AMD graphics card. A serial number is with the product. 

You have only to enter it as a game and dog will be unlock.

However, since the offer is old, it is possible that the code no longer works and you will need to contact EA Assistance.

If you have buy an AMD but if it's not the BF1 AMD promo, you will not have the dog tag.
