Weekend Tournament reset when I tried to collect the first reward!

Summarize your bug I paid 50k coin to start the Weekend Tournament. I won my first match and tried to claim the first reward, but the Tournament reset instead. So I have lost 50k coin for one match. Each win grants access to a special tiered reward. if you choose to claim the reward at any point, the tournament will reset to the beginning. if you don't claim the reward, you can try winning matches to get the next tiered reward instead

I was never given the chance to claim the reward, just reset or continue which both required me to use FIFA dollars.

I got to 11 wins (Mbappe) and was not able to claim any of the rewards won even though I spent FIFA money to continue playing.

How do I get the 11 tiers of rewards that I earned?
