Weekend Tournament Loss for a Win Bug
Product: FIFA Mobile
Platform:Apple iPad
Summarize your bug Restarted weekend tournament using 500fp, entered a game that I ended up winning but received a loss - restarted the app and was granted the win, but also had the loss still. You can see that I still have 3 tournament points, had I lost this game I would've been on 2.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have a screenshot and have provided a Reddit thread to the EAHelp twitter account
What happens when the bug occurs? I receive a loss although I won
What do you expect to see? There should be no loss

Hi @jackod115,
Because you restarted the app, the loss might not have registered in your game but it would have on our side.
Force closing the application will not grant you a win: the loss will be registered on our side.
Moved to Technical Issues as this is not a Bug.
