Vocal Chat on FUT 21 Xbox One

Hi, I'm new here.

I've just bought FIFA 21 on my Xbox one. If I play a match in coop online with a friend we can talk with vocal chat, but if we play on FUT, vocal chat deactivate it and we can't talk. Could you help us? Ciao
