Video Station Saves? [ Edited ]

I'm sorry if this has already been addressed somewhere -- I looked through the forums and online and couldn't find an answer. This is in regards to the Get Famous video station.

It's a bit frustrating for my Sim to spend 2 hours working on a video at the video station, have to stop for some reason, and lose the entire video and have to start over. Is that a bug? Or am I doing something wrong? 

Any help or direction to another thread would be very appreciated. Thank you!

Unfortunately, if the video is not finished, it will not be saved. That's why it's best to start the video when the sim is after eating and has enough energy.

@ilyahna Do you have any mods or cc in your game? Do you save the video at the point you stop?

I do have mods and CC, yes, but prior to installing my mods it did not save either. When you say "did you save," what method of saving the video are you referring to? I have not found such a method but would love to have one!

@ilyahna I was just clarifying if you had some method by which you thought you had saved the videos that was supposed to work but did not save. Yes, if the videos cannot be saved until you finish the video and you had not finished then it will not have saved for you. Sorry.
