Update on the Old Rivalry Challenge

Hey everyone,

Just a quick heads on the Old Rivalry Challenge. Yesterday when the challenge started all was progressing well. Overnight it appears that near completion there was some kind of server hiccup that has caused the challenge to enter into a restarted state.

We're currently testing a fix for this over the weekend and will hopefully have more of an update for you next week. Once we have the outcome of these tests we'll be back to let you know of the next steps.

Free Your Rage appears to have reset itself again at some point since last night.

This morning when I woke up all my hard earned points for Darth Mauls Free Your Rage community conquest to earn  Vigilant pose have been restarted now I have to start over again. I was up too 2,058,00 points and now im back to 46,083

It should show the correct number of eliminations right now

Hey @EA_Ataashi,

The challenge might still be bugged. It shows up as 300,000/300,000, but it cannot be claimed either at the Career screen or at the Crates.

I don't know if you guys need a manual "switch" for it to be accepted as a completed challenge for the community - but if you don't, I'd suggest further investigation.

Restarting the game / playing another match does not solve the problem, it still shows up both as an active and a completed yet not redeemable challenge.

Yes, it's already on DICE's radar. 

Unfortunately, I don't have any details about a potential fix to share at the moment -  it's still under investigation.
