Pitbull is too strong, need to cut speed or attack speed to balance

I think that the Obleisk tower for Kane is unbalanced on maps where the pads are close together. It last too long and makes it almost impossible to destroy. Need to change the range or the areas it can be placed on the maps with the pads so close to each other.

Before and after the update it seems I only get challenge matches or matches where I am way outgunned. At lv 17 I shouldn't only be getting set up to FAIL against lv 26 + players. Are you trying to tell Me there's no lv 17-20s out there for Me to battle?
