Unwanted Sims in Sims Mobile

I have an unwanted Sim (a common problem). If I move

her out or if someone asks her to move in, will she be removed from the portrait? And also, is she considered a part of the generation? Thanks.

If you move out a non playable Sim she will disappear from the family portrait and won't be visible in any generation. 

If she is a playable Sim and someone asks her to move in, she will appear as retired in a previous generation in your family portrait.
