Unfair ban

I got on one day and it said i got banned and I didn’t even know why until days later it told me and had to grind for days for all the players on my account and it says i did coin something which i don’t even know what that means I've already contacted ya’ll and ya’ll told me it was a correct ban which I wasn’t even on for days i just want ya’ll to contact me and un ban me please.

I’ve been fights NT for a month begging for a reason why they banned me. No response other than they have investigated and found me to be in violation. Come on EA get it together or lose customers.
