Unable to start/finish a online single match on PC

It had happened many times. Sometimes for a full hour people are repeatingly joining and leaving online single matches room preventing any matches from being started. Or when they started the game and realise that they have weaker team they just disconnect and in the end all my players including loan players would use up all the contracts without playing a single game. Is this how EA planned to have their game being played?
