Unable to play as NOD

Unable to Play as NOD.

Unlocked NOD a while ago but each time I try to play as them I get - Error 400

Thought this might work itself out or was a server issue but have been continuously receiving the error. Have played against NOD players so I assume its just me.

Nod not NOD. Saw a clan ingame called "Brotherhood of NOD" i lol'd
