Unable to complete most feared challenges due to server issues

Unfortunately EA help wasn't able to help me resolve this.  I'm sure that I wasn't the only person that was almost finished with the most feared challenges and due to the ongoing server issues with EA wasn't able to complete them.  I think EA should extend the period to allow Madden users to finish them.
