Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Upgrade player- Abilities- Gunslinger
What happens when the bug occurs? It says I cannot buy it because I don’t have 95 throw power. But my Russel Wilson has 95 throw power
What do you expect to see? The option to purchase it!

my Russel Wilson is the required overall and has the required throw power but when I try to buy Gunslinger it says I do not have 95 throw power

You have to have a base 95 throw power in order to unlock it. Your upgrades to 95 throw power will not count towards it.

Why does Russel Wilson have the option to purchase it then? Not every qb has the same abilities to purchase so its kinda useless
