Un-killable enemy in Geo LSTB

We are running our final day for Geonosis TB, while attempting battles on the final day, I ran into an enemy I couldn't kill and lost the entire attempt!
I was using the same squad on the same node, Separatist Command node, right-most challenge mission node (to the right of the deploy icon. In the first wave my Rey (Jedi Training) led Rey, BB8, RH Finn and RH Poe were met with a B2 who had no visible icons. This led to me not being able to see his health, TM or Droid Battalion Stacks. This made him un-killable, no matter how many times I attacked him I couldn't defeat the unit, so I lost the mission with no waves completed. My guild is trying for a new star this run, and this severely hurt our chances to get 24 stars.
On the previous day P3, I beat the same node with the same team getting 4/4 waves completed. Same mods were also equipped.
