UFC Game Face won't make my face

So I've been trying for hours to get my UFC 3 Game Face and I get to the point where it loads the pinpointed photos and then it says it cant load my gameface and to try again or start over I click start over and it repeatedly says it wont load there a bug or something? I'm using Chrome and I have a Windows 10 laptop that's brand new so I know it isn't my laptop
