HI, i had experienced a gamebreaking bug during the TOTY event which caused my game to not work at all, after a month of troubleshooting with EA & Microsoft and no resolve, my game randomly decided to work again, unfortunately i was unable to redeem my two purple CAF's that i worked so hard and grinded for since release, i have spoken to EA support and they confirmed i could have the event re opened if i posted in here. attached is a partial read from my chat with the support.
