Two Lamborghini [ Edited ]

Hey I was wondering a little problem since Nfs No Limits had a Steve Aoki Update (Old Update) Why Didn't these Two Lambo added for Payback You got that license rival game but still didn't added for MAIN game these Lambo's are on fire... But I am still little dissapointed about that..These Lambo's will be great in main game I am so confused. I can't understand WHO get these Awesome Cars License because of that mobile game maybe player's gonna enjoy these Lambo's in Payback.
