Transferring devices?

I got a new device thats way better and i want to play my game on it instead of my old one. Will it automaticly load my game from google play or no

Hi @badboybren,

It won't be automatic, you would need to have saved your progress using your old device (instructions on how to do that here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/the-sims/the-sims-mobile/save-your-game-progress-in-the-sims-mobile/ ).

Once you install the game in your new device, play it until you finish the tutorial and get the option to sing in to your Google Play account. Sign in and you will be asked if you want to keep playing your current game or get the progress saved in your Google Play account (from your old device). Make sure to select the right option!
