If you are seeing the message that you need to keep playing to unlock the market on the app, that's what you need to do. Just keep playing and it will eventually unlock.

i have the same problem i played more than 220 matches and my transfer market is locked on web app i dont know why but last year i got banned on the account but i dont think thats why is still locked
