I have packed sisokko aboit an hour after the launch of tots but i still dont have tots sisokko. I hope you can give it still tot me

Best thing to do is give it a little time @GwnWilcooo as if you packed an item that is part of the TOTS then if you are entitled to it it should update.
If it does not update after a couple of days then the best thing to do is speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further.

Manage my Account'
Can't log in
Finally, you can choose to receive a callback or begin a chat.
