I’m so tired of my items disappearing and there is nothing support can do about it. 

In in the past month I lost special events items: hot tubs, table chair, doors, windows and this is only what I noticed. 

Support just throw some sims dollars and say sorry, however, THIS IS NOT THE POINT!!!

we play the game daily, complete task, etc not to waste our time. Me personally play to relax after my hectic day not to stress because I am now missing 

‘my items. 

Since there is nothing help support can do, I’m done! 

Time to go to other maybe better games.
