Tib gain needs to be slowed down

im seeing some really fast builds bc tib is running rather fast it needs to be slowed back to where is use to be and only a harvester can speed it up

The way it is now gives an early advantage to taking out a harvester - but hardly a nail in the coffin.

Plus if/when the tib runs out - the action would slow down... not speed up.

It's a fast paced game very much contingent on your own skills.  I, for one, do NOT want the fight to go any slower.  I've been in two draws since I started playing - both were the worst and felt like it took forever.
