How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Power up a steve young card to 91 and try to add the ability
What happens when the bug occurs? Does not allow the ability to be selected
What do you expect to see? The ability on my card

I first got the card to 90 Throw on the run to get the ability.

Once i got to 90 it wouldn't allow me to so I got it to 91 and it still doesn't allow me to.

Very frustrating

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
