TUTORIAL - Fifa 19 [PC] 60 FPS Menu And Cutscenes on AMD Card Graphic.

Hi!
I Can give you two screenshots with configuration on my pc where I have Fifa 19 60 FPS.
First, change option like this in FIFA Settings:

Main things to change is DirectX 11.0 and no limit FPS. Render, msaa and resolution is your business.

Later, you have to go to AMD Radeon Settings, add Fifa19.exe to game profile list, and edit this profile of fifa19.exe in this way:

You have to switch your vertical sync to option which I show you on screen above.
I don't know this option name in "english" because I have Polish system language.
I recommend block your fifa fps to 99 because if you don't do this you can have a shuttering.
