Why "The sims mobile" is not listed on the Firemonkeys website?

I don’t know how it all the behind-the-scenes stuff works, so forgive me if this is a stupid question. 

My question is kind of the reverse. Are Firemonkeys staff on the EA AHQ site? Do they read and respond to posts related to TSM?

@simmerdownMAL, we've always had @SimGuruMaaike around and she still is around. Just recently we had a @EA_DragonsEye pop up in the bug forums as well.

Overall with the quests returning and not a lot of new content being added into the game it has gotten a bit quieter. But yes, they keep an eye on the forums.

And every now and again I'll poke them or let one of our AHQ CMs poke them.
