TRAINING ITEMS ON fut champions

Can someone tell me how to pass this step... I wanted to start yesterday fut champions and I was gonna play my first game and then I clicked options to start and then it showed a message saying that I didn't had the requirements to play and that I had 0 of 11 Training items in my inicial team and subs. Can someone help me with this, pleaseeee... I just have 1 day and 8 hours to play or I'm gonna lose my 2000 points and then have to get that amount again to play... Please, help me.
