TB suggestion

I have a suggestion for TB. Instead of 24hr phases, change it to 24hr refresh on toons & change the goal to reach 3 stars. Stronger guilds will get there faster. Weaker guilds will take longer and lean on their strongest members more. This also won’t hurt the stronger players that play daily while weaker more inconsistent players won’t hurt the guild when they no show for 2 Days. It could still be a six day process. Some will just get there faster than others.
