Swagger celebration on pc

Hello, I need help, on you tube I've seen a swagger celebration, so I was looking for a controls how to acquire it, but I've found only cotrol for consoles
In normal controls in game or in manual is nothing like it, so I'm asking, does anybody know what to press on pc to make swagger celebration?
