Suggestion: Change Username

Suggestion to change username; maybe just once at least? You didn't mention when you asked us what username we wanted that this will be final, and I'm wanting to change mine now and can't (I think).

While I do fully understand why the name is not freely able to be changed in-game, I'm pretty sure you can request a name change from the customer support team but I don't know what restrictions they put on it.
