Stuck in "End of round" screen

I have this issue in every match after the first operation..

I have had this happen to me all day long on PS4. I go to check the leaderboard and then get stuck in the "End of Round" screen even though I can still hear the operation going on. The first time, I hit the Options button to Quit the game and leave behind a 30-1 K/D run. This just started after the latest update.

Thank-you for fixing this. I accidentally bumped the start button last night and was surprised that I was able to get back into the game.

On xboxone after the match ends and the level progress upgrade the game freeze like this.it happened after the update today.

It just started to happen to me - in every mode, immediately after the April 24 patch. PC. Never had this problem before. Highly frustrating, after almost 1300 hrs of playing.

Have the exact same problem on PC since the April Update, after every round the game freezes on the end of the match screen and I have to ALT+F4 out of the game, really frustrating after some time... :-( It always upgrades the level progress (still between 139-140) than jumps up to level 140 and freezes.

Specs: i7 7700K, 16GB RAM, GTX 1070, 1TB SSD, Windows 10
