Stuck at the loading screen of online game

Hello,

When i try joining a server or a quick game i get stuck at the loading screen. Reinstalling and repairing didn't help

Specs

asus 970 gaming aura 

fx 8350

asus rx480 strix

intenso 480 gigabyte ssd

Thanks, but i solved the problem by switching the core on/off function to manual in the bios

@Gurkenwerfer_Mk2 Are you able to play the campaign? Have you ever been able to play on this system? Does the loading screen just stall forever or do you get a crash?

I have the same problem at @Gurkenwerfer_Mk2 but I've no idea how he fixed it. I've played 30 hours of multiplayer and campaign but today no online games would load, I just got a black screen with loading symbol in the top corner.
How can I fix this ?
