Spy Career Home Items

So yesterday I finished the spy career. And now I have three home items. Are they good for my parties? Does anyone know? Maybe a guru can help me. Included are screenshots of my pretty home items for the career.

I tried the toilet at a party. It functioned double as normal toilet and a career item. The one I saw gave 60 and 55 party points if I remember correctly
