Sprint issue

I’m on the PS4 and got aggravated playing the game because I could not continuously sprint; instead it would sprint for a second then stop and continue to do this. Second I feel like I have to press the control stick way to firm to sprint. Your direct competition COD does not have this issue when I play with the SCUF controller, just on battlefield. Please fix or let me know what settings I need to change or I’m deleting the game from my library. It’s frustrating when your trying to evade the enemy and you stop sprinting.

Is it possible your sprint button isn't set to toggle or you have the "double tap forward to sprint" turned on? Can't say I've seen other people with this type of problem on the forums so it could just come down to control schemes or your left stick is loose.

Try decreasing the stick's deadzone.

Now that I think about it, that probably does nothing for the pressing of the L3, just the movement.
But, hey, worth a try, right?
