Solo Battles DNF bug

Two separate weeks I have played a solo battle with a random roster of players. NOT my MUT team. On game completion, I receive no battle score and big fat DNF. Played against an 89 Bears TT and I was forced to use the Minnesota Vikings stock roster.

Two times I've missed weekly reward tier because of this bug.

Also, I never received my 'Most Feared' welcome pack containing the Troy P and the 'features' card.

Who can I report these issues to?
