Skirmish or Practice mode in c&c rivals ?

Hi It’s possible to see skirmish mode in the future for c&c rivals ? Just like Titan fall assault mobile game or some thing like that. I think c&c with out skirmish It’s missing c&c feeling .I’m right ?
