I think he means Answer hq dogtag. U have to become a hero there.

Heroes get picked by Community Managers and others. If they mean someone deserve to reach the Hero rank.

hi @retardatin666 right now we have one new dog tags unlock right now. one new dog tags unlock right is call HERO Answers HQ.so to get it  is that you need to be a  HERO on this webpage to get it. other  dog tag maybe not know yet to unlock it for battlefield 1

And making Hero is a very long process, not just something that can happen in a few months.
