Shards for maxed out heroes?

Hi!

I got tons of hero shards that I cant use on characters thats maxed out. Its getting to the point where buying chromium packs is useless to me. Missing some heroes but getting shards for maxed chars makes it to expensive to buy packs. Are there any plans to fix this?

The new Shard Shop should help out with that. Added in the most recent update.
