My son owns a nintendo switch on which he plays Fifa 18 and Fifa 19. Recently we have allowed him to access the online functionality within the, game however when connecting to our ISP it prompts us to confirm via email we are the registered user. The email we registered the Fifa 19 product with doesn't appear and we are presented with an email address that we don't recognise. We believe our account may have been hacked. Can you assist please.

 

I have tried to locate the product code of the game we purchased to provide you with the confidence that we registered the product but I cannot locate it on the game cartridge, the case or by verification email. What information do you need from us to help you assist us with this security breach please?
