Just a question can you get the Sakura dog tag for playing in Asia servers or changing your country stats to Japan ????

No, you do live in asia (connection, Ip....) so if you live in other country you can't unlock this dogtag.

it is not yet known when or how this dogtag will be granted, but i suppose (like @Moskolonel said) that you´ll be getting it for living in Asia.

Hopefully EA will tell us more details soon

As mentioned no, the specifications for unlocking the tag are unknown as they're yet to be awarded for the time being but likely it will be given to players from Japan rather than people who play on the servers. Similarly use of programs to try bypass the localisation are not condoned.

if you are outside of japan, you would need to use a external programm to trick the server into thinking you connect from japan, which, as @LapisRadzuli already mentioned, is not reccomended and there will be no help on unlocking a dogtag in a manner it isnt supposed to be unlocked.
