SBC Challenge Glitch between App & In Game Costing Million FUT coins [ Edited ]

The Companion App did one of the worst thing that could happen to a FUT enthusiast. I had build a squad using squad builder and the submit button is in such a place that while scrolling it just submitted my start squad four player worth total a million fut coins.

Just because the campanion app doesn`t ask for confirmation before submitting a SBC challenge like in game. This felt like being cheated for not keeping the user experience same across platforms and wasting all the time and effort that we spent on the game. 

Would appreciate a response on this on how can this be compensated?
