Ruby Pistol Querry [ Edited ]

This is my first post and maybe I'm thinking about this question thing all wrong but, am I the only person that has noticed that the medic does not get a level 10 pistol? This is really just a conversation starter but what if the level 10 pistol for the medic was the French Ruby? I was very disappointed that it did not appear "They Shall Not Pass", so maybe this is a solution or did DICE actually announce that the ruby will be released later and I missed it? I don't know and, again, this is really just a conversation starter.

TL;DR: Why don't they make the medic level 10 unlockable pistol the Ruby Pistol?
